Energy is Everything
The brief? To create a concept that engages Deloitte 15,000 employees.
Work has become more complex - but across the entire employee experience, ‘energy’ seemed to the common denominator. Think about it. We need time to recharge because it’s the source of our energy. We team up because it sparks energy, and we’re at our best when we focus our energy. We created a talent narrative and mapped it across the entire talent experience and created a toolkit complete with brand guidelines and templates to be used across all comms. To visualise this, we personified energy by taking Deloitte’s iconic ‘green dot’ and transforming it into a wave of energy.
