Despite 48.2% of Aussies being from racially and culturally diverse backgrounds, only 5% of CEOs in Australia are. To break the silence, the Unspoken campaign gave racially and culturally diverse people across Deloitte the opportunity to courageously say the things that usually go unsaid. The result? Senior executives actually in tears from the authenticity of these stories.
